Universal leather (Pvt) Ltd was established in the year 1975 with the state of the art tannery in karachi. Our product range consists of cow-calf, kip, buff-calf and buffalo for shoe, leather goods and garments in a wide variety of finished, namely Aniline. With over 50 years of experience and on-time-demand analysis, has enabled us to produce a wide array of finishes that caters to all kind of lifestyles.

Where Are We Located

Our manufacturing unit is located in Karachi Korangi industrial Area with a team of professionals and equipped with state of the art leather machinery. Having a production capacity of one million sqft per month. The yardstick of satisfied clientele continues to grow internationally.

RAW MATERIAL & PRODUCTION

We use carefully selected Cow and Buff hides from all over the country for our production. Our purchasing network comprises of our own buying houses in major cities of Pakistan. Our value chain includes suppliers and purchasers with whom we work as a team for the procurement of raw material.

HISTORY OF MIMA GROUP

The company is an offshoot of MIMA Group and predates back to 1900s. MIMA Group is a result of incessant and vigilant efforts of the founding members. The company started its operations as a trading concern; dealing in skins and hides, and has grown from a single entity to a renowned group. The augmented chart of the group can be attributed to the combination consolidated planning, strategies and more patron-oriented policies.

Moreover, MIMA is a well-known modern and swiftly escalating group with the capacity to adapt tropical practices and cope with the vibrant transformations in the global leather industry.
